Public Order is dedicated to all things Techno, Hardgroove, Trance, and beyond, and this new series promises to spotlight the genre’s most forward-thinking artists. Kicking off the series is Dublin’s finest – Tommy Holohan. He has headlined stages at AVA Festival, delivered multiple standout Boiler Room appearances, and ignited some of Europe’s most iconic clubs. he stands firmly among the new generation reshaping the sound of modern Techno.
Holohan’s discography backs up his reputation. Through releases on Steel City Dance Discs, his own Rave Selekts imprint, Dax J’s Monnom Black, HAVEN, and more, he’s created a signature sound that blends the grit of UK underground with industrial Berlin influences, gaining support from the likes of Mall Grab, X-CLUB and many more. Meanwhile, his collaborative alias with KETTAMA, Samba Boys, has unleashed some of the most explosive club tracks of recent years, uniting two of Ireland’s most exciting producers.
His set at AVA Belfast earlier this year, courtesy of Resident Advisor, as well as Boiler Room appearances in Dublin, Holohan’s sets and productions have established him as a force to be reckoned with. Tommy Holohan isn’t just following a trend—he’s driving it forward.
